Our Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return & Exchange Process
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and inspection. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size to ensure availability. If you prefer a direct exchange, please indicate this in your return request, and we’ll accommodate based on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)
