We offer two main shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship to most global destinations. However, delivery to certain areas in Asia and other remote regions may not be available due to logistical constraints. If you have questions about your specific location, please contact our customer service team.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
